I am passionate about the processes that lead to good design — especially when multiple disciplines are integrated. My studios design functional, desirable, and economic solutions through technically-feasible, human-centered, and commercially-focused design development processes.

Iteration With Intention (2021, 2022)
In this studio course, jointly offered by Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), I teach students to develop their capacity to design human-centered products.
The course covers a range of interaction and industrial design tools, including user research, customer journeys, sustainability assessments, prototyping plans, and commercialization.

Product Standard Operating Procedures (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022)
I formalized a system thats drives research, development, and release of new product lines to meet business goals and customer needs. Using this framework, we lead interdisciplinary teams of design specialists and operations experts through customer discovery, validation, prototyping, beta testing, product launch, and scaling.
